Beginning in July 2022, the Massachusetts-based Visual Literacy Project will be offering affordable online Educator Trainings for middle or high school teachers interested in integrating visual literacy and documentary media into their classroom practices. The trainings are all taught by working photographers, and have been designed with a deep understanding of the teaching and learning goals of secondary classrooms.The three 2-hour trainings cover different aspects of visual literacy and documentary photography work in the classroom, and may be taken individually or as a series. See descriptions, dates, and registration information on the VLP website.
